A friend sent the tiger piglet story around the other day. It sounds so right and so true. A tigress loses her cubs and to bring her out of depression, the zoo finds babies for her to nurture. As they cannot find any tiger babies, they see how piglets work out.
This story was too touching to not comment about on my blog. So I decided to conduct some further research about the story. Turns out there may be a bit of urban legend in the story. The pictures of the tigress and the piglets getting along are real. The story is just not true.
And as always the truth lies somewhere in the middle.

I’m stuck in a hotel and watching the cable I don’t have at home while I fly around the world via the amazing Internet. As I flip through the channels I discover Donny Deutsch interviewing the PB Loco founders. I then thought back to a First Crack Podcast by Garrick where he interviewed the same team.
My world just got a little smaller and Garrick just got one degree of separation closer to Donny Deutsch. Life is odd.

My friend Megan had an opening on Thursday night at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts. The art is kick butt. It’s a show called War Mediated with Megan Vossler, Camille Gage, and Justin Newhall. You should definitely go check this out in the MAEP gallery. It even got an A-list pick.
